I’ve been in IT for over 20 years, working across service desk, networking, and enterprise engineering roles — including managing a service desk and supporting environments where downtime and poor security have real consequences. That background means I don’t just “make it work”; I focus on building setups that are reliable, supportable, and secure by default.

ARVTEC is where I bring that experience to small businesses in a practical way. Most businesses don’t need massive projects or complicated solutions — they need the basics done properly: business email that’s locked down, devices that are protected and kept up to date, sensible backups, solid Wi-Fi/networking, and simple documentation so you’re not stuck when something breaks.

I’m also hands-on outside of work — custom PC builds, home lab and server setups, and real-world troubleshooting — which keeps me sharp across the messy, mixed setups small businesses actually have. The goal is always the same: reduce risk, remove pain points, and set you up for long-term success.
